We all know that whole wheat is packed with lots of fiber, which helps in weight loss. But having the regular recipes out of wheat flour is a bit boring, right? No worries, to make your breakfast or lunch or dinner more interesting, I have given details of a colorful chapathi recipe for your guys that is Beetroot Chapathi.
Basically, beetroot is rich in Vitamin C and also it helps in activating the red blood cells and also helps to increase the amount of blood in our body. So, I thought of combining the beetroot and wheat flour together to make a chapati. That was amazing. And I’m sure you guys will add this to your weight loss recipes. Now, let’s move on with the recipe.
Lets get ready with the ingredients……
First, take a bowl add the wheat flour and salt. Mix them well. Next, add in the fresh beetroot paste and make that into a dough. If you want to add water, add it.
Tip: Knead the dough for about 10 minutes to get a soft chapathi.
Leave them for 30 minutes. After 30 minutes, make the dough into small balls. Then on a flat surface dust some wheat flour and roll the balls into chapathi.
Heat an iron pan and brush it with oil. Now toast the chapathi on both the sides. Once the chapathi is cooked remove it from the pan.

1/2 cup fresh beetroot paste
