These two reduce the risk of heart deceases and as well as reduce the blood pressure. I love the combination of Dark chocolate and banana, so I wanted to show this recipe for you and here it is.

Ingredients

  • 3 Bananas (small)

  • Dark Chocolate ( 6 pieces)

  • 2 cups of Milk

  • 2 tbsp of Honey

  • 4 to 5 pieces of Dates

  • 1 tbsp Chocolate Syrup (Optional)

Directions

  • Take a mixer jar and add in the bananas, Dark Chocolate, milk, honey, dates and chocolate syrup.
  • Blend them altogether until its smooth and creamy.
  • Pour it in a glass jar and serve it with chopped banana and chocolate.
