Everyone will love to make Pizza at home, right? Obviously, who will say no to homemade Pizza? In this article, I’m not going to give you the recipe for Pizza, but pizza sauce. Pizza Sauce is one of the key factors for making Pizza. So, first, let us learn the recipe for making the Pizza sauce.
Let’s start the cooking process…
Step 1: Take a vessel and add 1 and half cup of water. Then add one big onion, 2 big ripen tomatoes and some red chilies ( you can add Kashmir red chilies for the color) and some garlic cloves. Let them boil for about 10 minutes on high flame. Once after boiling turn off the stove and let them cool completely.
Step 2: Once after cooling down. Peel the tomato skin and move all the ingredients to a mixer jar. Blend it into a fine paste.
Then take a pan and heat 3 tbsp of oil. Add the paste to the pan and cook it in high flame until the sauce thickens.
Step 3: Once after the sauce thickens, add 1 tbsp of Oregano, 1 tbsp of white sugar, and 2 tbsp tomato sauce. Mix everything well and let them sit for 5 more minutes.
Step 4: Once the sauce thickens nicely, turn off the stove and allow it to cool completely. Use it for your pizza or store the sauce in an airtight container in the refrigerator for about a week.
Note: Take the sauce out from the refrigerator, one hour before cooking.
